Asian Battery Metals (ASX:AZ9) secures 100% of the Maikhan Uul Copper-Gold Project in Mongolia, strengthening its portfolio with high-grade mineralisation and a long-term mining licence.

<ul><li>Exercised option to acquire 100% of the Maikhan Uul Copper-Gold Project via Mongolian subsidiary, Innova Mineral LLC.</li><li>Project includes a mining licence valid until 2045 and covers approximately 79.14 hectares.</li><li>Due diligence drilling confirmed thick, high-grade sulphide mineralisation, including results of 14.5m @ 2.23% Cu and 0.73g/t Au.</li><li>Total acquisition cost: US$890,000, with structured payments and conditions precedent to transfer ownership.</li><li>Strategic addition strengthens ABM’s Mongolian portfolio and is near existing Oval Cu-Ni-PGE discovery.</li><li>Exploration program for 2026 includes resource evaluation and further drilling to target expansion and JORC classification.</li></ul>
